Jardin des Halles – Paris
10 07 2007C’est le projet de l’architecture David Mangin du Cabinet Seura qui a été retenu.
Entre le Carreau et la Bourse du Commerce, le vaste jardin de 4 hectares sera constitué de pelouses, de "salons de verdure", de jardins thématiques, d’aires de jeux et de kiosques. Les lieux seront propices aux échanges et aux rencontres.
Percé par un large cours de 22 mètres, le jardin sera également doublé par un passage couvert.
Le bâtiment de la Bourse du commerce sera quant à lui rénové et verra doté d’un auditorium en sous-sol, d’un centre consacré au design et à la mode et d’un restaurant panoramique.
Aspect non négligeable : le Carreau sera éclairé la nuit.
