Smoke Glass de Joe Colombo
09 07 2007Sous aucun prétexte il ne faut manquer la rétrospective Joe Colombo aux Arts Décoratifs à Paris. Ce designer visionnaire ultra productif est plus connu pour ses luminaires et ses fauteuils, mais il a créé également une série de verre qui ne se démode pas.
Joe Colombo imaginait ses créations non pas comme des objets mais comme des équipements, la continuité modulaire de l’architecture.
Le SMOKE est donc le prolongement naturel de la main et permet une prise par le pouce pour pouvoir tenir sa cigarette tranquillement de la même main !
Créée en 1963 la gamme est toujours produite en Italie.
